Pathfinder Usability-Test

For the usability testing of our new “PhD Pathfinder” tool, we are looking for students and researchers who are interested in doing a PhD in Germany. The remote tests will take place in July and take about 45 minutes of your time. You will gain valuable insights on your PhD path in Germany as well as a personalised checklist for your next steps. After the test, we also offer individual counselling to the participants. There is a limited number of spots available.

I hereby consent to the processing of the personal data provided by me for the stated purposes.

Consent is given on a voluntary basis and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. Your data will no longer be processed after receipt of the revocation and will be deleted immediately. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point.

The collection and processing of the personal data listed at the beginning is a prerequisite for inclusion in the familie redlich AG usability test database. If consent is not given, the data subject will inevitably not be considered for the award of the contract.

Category and type of data processing
The following personal data is collected and stored by familie redlich AG:

  • e-mail address
  • university degree
  • other personal details [if specified in "Notes"]

Purposes of data processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Making contact
  • Provision of information
  • Documentation of realized usability tests

The listed personal data is stored on the servers of familie redlich AG for the stated purposes. This data is only processed by authorized persons in compliance with appropriate data security.
The processed data will be deleted after 12 months if the corresponding data is no longer required.

Rights of data subjects
The data subject is entitled at any time to request information from familie redlich AG about the personal data processed about him/her in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR.

The data subject also has the right to request that familie redlich AG rectify any inaccurate personal data concerning him/her without undue delay in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR.

Furthermore, the consenting party has the right to request familie redlich AG to delete and/or block individual or all processed personal data at any time in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR.

Finally, the data subject has the right pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR to obtain from familie redlich AG restriction of processing of personal data concerning him or her where one of the conditions set out in Art. 18 (I) (a) - (d) GDPR applies.
